Day 41 - Nostalgia & Freestyle Slams

Please pay your $5.00 for the class book in the finance office. 

We wrote I Remember pages and shared.
We rapped to Kendrick Lamar's Backseat Freestyle.
We used these verses and we wrote our own.

Project #3 due Tuesday.
Last Word (blog post) due Sunday, 5/24.

    Anyone heard of the KnightStock Festival? Videos are due on 5/19 and will be shown at KnightStock on the 23rd.

    You should enter it and count your video as your project.

    I'm thinking of writing a rap to the Kendrick Lamar beat and performing it for my project #3. Or making a video for the film festival (the day in the life of a teacher...). Or making a video for my sophomores.

    Here's what I decided:

    I wrote a rap to the Kendrick beat. I'm going to make a video of me rapping it.

    AND

    I'm making a video of my kids reading my LOVE/HATE MAIL blog posts.
